No special physical preparation is required as this trip can be enjoyed by anyone who leads a fairly active life.

Itinerary
Day 01 :
Arrival in Kathmandu set up in the hotel. In the evening you are invited for a welcome dinner in a typical Nepali Restaurant with folk dance
Day 02 :
We begin our day sightseeing of the highlights of Kathmandu by visiting two very important religious centers: Pashupatinath Temple for Hindus and Boudhanath Stupa, possibly the largest stupa in the world and the center for Tibetan school of Buddhism. We then drive to Bhaktapur the medieval cities of devotees and the best preserved of all the old cities of Kathmandu Valley.
Day 03 :
Today after breakfast we visit Swoyambhunath stupa, also known as monkey temple, on top of the hill overlooking Kathmandu valley and then we visit Patan city famous for its arts and crafts. Here we visit the Tibetan cultural center first founded by the Tibetan refugees as an exhibition and shopping complex of carpets, jewelry and many interesting souvenirs. We then drive to visit to Kathmandu Durbar Square, the place of the Malla and then the Shah Kings of Nepal. Then we return back to the hotel passing by Indrachowk and Assan Streets, the traditional business hub of Kathmandu.
Day 04 :
After breakfast, we drive to Pokhara, upon reaching Pokhara we set up in the hotel. We visit some important sight seeing areas . In the evening we spend our time most enjoyably on the bank of the Phewa Lake which reflects Fishtail Peak in its water.
Day 05 : 09
Easy trek to the foothills of Annapurna mountains with frequent stops to visit and interact in local communities
Day 10 :
After breakfast, we are driven to Royal Chitwan National Park, Right after lunch we begin our safari activities almost immediately with a briefing, elephant ride, jungle walks, canoe ride and jeep ride in pursuit of myriad flora and fauna including the rhinoceros and the Royal Bengal Tigers. In the evening we have some cultural entertainment.
Day 11 :
Today we have a full day of jungle activities including elephant-back rides, jeep drives, bird watching, jungle walks, canoe ride on the Rapti River to look for crocodiles, visit elephant breeding center village tour etc
Day 12 :
In the morning, jungle activities perhaps an elephant safari, nature walk or jungle drive. After breakfast, we fly back to Kathmandu and check-in the hotel. Rest of the day we are totally free and time to spend on your own.
Day 13-14 :
Rafting on Bhote Koshi River or spend time on your own interest
Day 15 :
We are free today until our departure transfer to the airport.

The Price Includes: Transfer to and from Kathmandu Airport, hotel accommodation on B & B, twin share basis (unless single has been requested) for the nights listed in the itinerary, welcome dinner, sight seeing tours as specified, all entry fees of heritage sites and  shrines,  all trekkingm safari and rafting arrangements including permits, national park entrance fees, best available accommodation in local lodges (twin share basis), all meals during the trek,safari and rafting, guides, porters and all surface transportation on tourist standard or private vehicle.

The Price does not Include:International and domestic airfares and airport taxes, lunch and dinner in Kathmandu and Pokhara, optional tips and any expenses of personal nature, travel insurance, charges incurred as a result of delays beyond Social Journeys control

Single Supplement : Single supplements are payable if you specifically request to have a room to yourself. If you are a single person booking the trip you do not have to pay single supplements, if you are happy to share with another single client of the same gender.
